Shipping/Delivery Time
  • All US orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Both services estimate anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on your location (Non-U.S. customers should expect longer delivery times and items will be shipped through the USPS). Expedited shipping is available for additional fees.
  • Most of our products are made to order. Items should ship within 1-2 business days of placing the order.Any expedited shipping will be based on when the product is finished and ready to ship, not when the order was placed.
Return policy
  • We always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) and receive a refund for the amount of the merchandise. Merchandise must be clean, unworn and with tags still attached. You will not receive a refund for shipping fees and you are responsible for return shipping fees. We do don’t accept returns for customized leotards.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, there will be a re-shipping fee of $8.00. Please include a check for payment or call with credit card information. All items must be clean, unworn and with tags still attached.

Garment care
  • Only high quality fabrics are used for our products and require special care. Prior to washing, turn garment inside out. This will prevent any holograms, foiling or velour designs from fading. Using a mild detergent, gently hand wash separately in a large volume of cold water. Rinse and remove immediately. Line dry. DO NOT use fabric softeners. DO NOT iron or put in dryer. DO NOT dry clean.
  • Care instructions need to be followed in order to lengthen the life of your leotard. It is normal for some fading to occur from everyday wear and washing.

  • How soon will I receive my order?
    • Our leotards are made to order. Once the order is received, it should take 1-2 business days to make your leotard and get it shipped. Once it is shipped, USPS Priority Mail & UPS Ground estimate 2-5 business days on ground shipping, depending on your location.
  • Do you take all major credit cards?
    • Yes, we take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
    • We will gladly accept returns on all of our items except customized leotards. When returned, item(s) must be clean, unworn and with tags still attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping unless there was an error on our part.
